Best long term investment one can make in this life

The Bible outlines a simple diet that if followed would give healing and good health to all. Eating simple natural foods is one of the best long term investments one can make in this life. The ever-rising health care cost is primarily caused by lifestyle diseases, brought on mainly by a junk food diet. The degeneracy and decrepitness seen in previous generations will be looking like child’s play as the baby boomer generation gets older. It is a fair warning to say that those who have saved up for future troubles but have ignored their health will spend their savings on sick care. The simple diet outlined in the Bible is the best diet for young and old, fruits, vegetables, tubers, grain, beans, nuts, and seeds. In this diet you will find all necessary nutrients for a healthy, vibrant life. May God bless you.

Genesis1:29 And God said, Behold, I have given you every herb bearing seed, which [is] upon the face of all the earth, and every tree, in the which [is] the fruit of a tree yielding seed; to you it shall be for meat.

Genesis3:18 Thorns also and thistles shall it bring forth to thee; and thou shalt eat the herb of the field;

Daniel1:5 And the king appointed them a daily provision of the king's meat, and of the wine which he drank: so nourishing them three years, that at the end thereof they might stand before the king.

 1:6 Now among these were of the children of Judah, Daniel, Hananiah, Mishael, and Azariah:

 1:7 Unto whom the prince of the eunuchs gave names: for he gave unto Daniel [the name] of Belteshazzar; and to Hananiah, of Shadrach; and to Mishael, of Meshach; and to Azariah, of Abednego.

 1:8 But Daniel purposed in his heart that he would not defile himself with the portion of the king's meat, nor with the wine which he drank: therefore he requested of the prince of the eunuchs that he might not defile himself.

Deuteronomy7:15 And the LORD will take away from thee all sickness, and will put none of the evil diseases of Egypt, which thou knowest, upon thee; but will lay them upon all [them] that hate thee.

Deuteronomy28:27 The LORD will smite thee with the botch of Egypt, and with the emerods, and with the scab, and with the itch, whereof thou canst not be healed.

 28:28 The LORD shall smite thee with madness, and blindness, and astonishment of heart:

 28:29 And thou shalt grope at noonday, as the blind gropeth in darkness, and thou shalt not prosper in thy ways: and thou shalt be only oppressed and spoiled evermore, and no man shall save [thee].
